Privacy notice
What the Habiteasy preview collects, what it does not collect, and what must be configured before production.
Forms
The public contact form and newsletter are closed until a real inbox and mail provider are connected. Habiteasy does not collect names or email addresses in this release.
Information we ask for
The planned newsletter form asks for name, email, preferred language, and consent. The planned contact form asks for name, email, reason, message, and consent. Do not submit medical reports, prescriptions, laboratory results, or detailed personal health histories.
Habit tools
Interactive habit tools run in the browser. Habiteasy does not receive the checklist choices or worksheet text in this release. Printing is handled by your browser.
Hosting and security data
The hosting provider may process basic request and security information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose service problems. A final provider-specific description and retention schedule must be added before production.
Analytics
No advertising tracker is included. Privacy-friendly measurement may be added later for page use, article completion, tool use, language choice, and anonymous no-result categories. Raw personal health searches will not be sent to advertising platforms.
Retention and deletion
Before production, the owner must document the selected email and contact providers, retention periods, deletion process, confirmed opt-in flow, and contact point for privacy requests. Data should be kept only as long as needed for the stated purpose.
Contact
The operational privacy email and legal business details are release-blocking inputs and are not invented in this preview. Use the contact page to test the privacy-request route without sending personal information.
