Arjun M
Founder of Habiteasy. Health, wellness and habit coach. His work is to make healthy living practical — not harder.

How the journey started
Arjun’s journey into wellness did not begin because he wanted to become a coach. It began because his own health started moving in the wrong direction.
During his mid-30s, heavy work pressure, long hours, stress, and an irregular lifestyle slowly affected his health. The confusing part was that he believed he was already eating healthy. He regularly chose sprouts, fruits, vegetables, and many foods labelled “healthy.” He did not think of himself as someone following a poor lifestyle. His body was telling a different story.
By around age 35, he felt and looked much older than his actual age. His own health assessments showed multiple concerns, including fatty liver, thyroid-related issues, metabolic problems, early insulin resistance, low testosterone, low vitamin D and B12, and elevated homocysteine. That became his wake-up call.
Hard plans worked. They did not last.
He tried gym memberships, yoga, running, long workouts, Paleo, OMAD, Warrior Diet, and several other methods. Many of them worked for a short period. The major problem: they were difficult to maintain as a normal lifestyle.
So he started asking a different question: what if good health could become easier instead of harder?
A simpler approach
He began reading books, attending workshops, studying nutrition and lifestyle methods, experimenting with routines, and carefully observing what actually worked in real life. Instead of changing everything at once, he focused on a few important habits around food, movement, sleep, hydration, mindset, and consistency.
The results changed his life. He reached one of the best fitness levels of his life and was able to maintain the progress for years. More importantly, the method felt practical. He started sharing the same ideas with friends and relatives. When he saw similar improvements in others, that journey became Habiteasy.

Why Habiteasy exists
Healthy living becomes easier when the right actions become habits. Most people do not need another extreme diet. They need:
- A clear starting point
- Simple food and lifestyle habits
- Regular tracking
- Personal guidance and accountability
- A system that fits real work and family life
The best health plan is not the hardest one. It is the one you can continue.
